I thought I just needed a simple dryer vent cleaning, but Aaron’s crew informed me I had a larger issue on my hands – the old vent was improperly installed flexpipe rather than solid metal Fortunately, Aaron was able to replace the vent entirely – no easy feat considering he had to cut into the crawl space and work around the insulation. "We called to schedule for a quote and possible services on a Saturday at 8:00am. Prompt and ready to work, Jim surveyed our ducts to the HVAC system and gave us a quote. He let us know that it didn’t appear that there were any indications that the ducts were ever cleaned. Surprisingly, his quote was more than reasonable yet I would have a little reservations.
